This policy explains what personal information Apsan Works collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, the topic you selected, and your message. That is the only personal information this site asks for.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These are used for security and reliability, not for profiling.

What we do with it

  • Reply to your enquiry and continue that conversation.
  • Keep a record of enquiries so we have context in later discussions.
  • Maintain the security and availability of the site.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party transactional email provider, and this site is hosted on a third-party hosting platform. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained while the conversation is relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Server logs are retained for a short period per our hosting provider’s defaults.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email chaimapsan@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
